We are remaining open for business for all lorry drivers, key workers and local residents offering groceries, fuel and takeaway food services.
For March 2020, our Health Campaign is aimed at helping long distance drivers improve their back health.

Affairs of the heart will be top of the agenda at the award- winning Chippenham Pit Stop in Wiltshire on St Valentine’s Day but it won’t have anything to do with romance.
For the Pit Stop people, who are already concentrating on helping their trucker customers keep healthy hearts by including a low- fat breakfast on their menus, will also be offering free blood pressure checks on the day.
We were delighted when the RHA (Road Haulage Association) showed an interest in our monthly health campaigns, that were devised to draw attention to diseases most likely to affect drivers who spend long hours behind the wheel.
Now the RHA is praising and drawing attention to the Pit Stop’s pioneering work to improve driver health in a video currently being shown on the association’s You Tube information channel.
“I’d Rather Serve Truckers Than Pop Stars and Royalty” Says New GM.
Lee Fenn, the recently appointed new General Manager of the award- winning Chippenham Pit Stop, just off junction 17 of the M4 in Wiltshire, has paid a glowing tribute to his trucker customers.
He comes to the transport business from the hospitality sector, where, as a former hotel manager, he has waited on pop stars and even royalty during his thirty- year career.

At the beginning of September we said a fond farewell to Neal our Manager for the last 5 years, his can do attitude, energy and orange reflective jacket will be greatly missed! Good luck Neal with your new endeavours, we all wish you well.

From heart healthy breakfasts for truckers, to welcoming breast feeding mothers – Chippenham Pit Stop embraces motorists from all sections of the community.
It’s not that Chippenham Pit Stop on the M4, which serves around four hundred drivers a day from all over the UK and Europe, is expecting many female truckers to bring their babies to work.
But far more, that its popular restaurant where the emphasis is on healthy eating, and adjoining Draycott Stores selling many locally sourced products, is being used by a growing number of discerning M4 travellers not to mention villagers from surrounding communities.
We were delighted to be featured in the well known blog whatstacydid.com.
